Terms & Conditions

  • To minimise breakages, we ask that you do not wash the items that you hire (china, glass, ceramics or linens), we will do this for you free of charge.  Please ensure that food and drink debris has been cleared from items before repackaging. 

  • Buntings and linens should be dry before repackaging to ensure that mildew does not occur.

  • Items should be repackaged in the materials and boxes they arrive in.

  • A 25% deposit is required at the time of ordering to secure your booking. The remaining balance is payable on or before the day of your event. Payments by bank transfer are preferred.

  • A £100 bond is required.  This will be returned to you once we have received hire items (including any damaged items) back and have checked them and agreed payment with you for any damages.

  • China, glass and ceramic breakages will be charged at four times the hire price of individual items. Chips are classed as breakages.

  • Stains that we are unable to remove and burns to linen and oil cloths will be charged at four times the cost of the individual items.

  • Delivery and collection is free  within a 10 mile radius of our base in South-west Sheffield.  For locations beyond the 10 mile radius an additional 50p per mile. will be charged. 

  • The standard hire period is 1-3 days.  Please contact us if you wish to hire for longer than the standard period.
